Meet 5 fresh integrations for monitoring air quality, utility consumption, and more.

June met 5 new integrations. This month, we have solutions for monitoring and analyzing air quality, metering, and access control.

Kaiterra monitors overall air quality by tracking CO2, VOC, and particulate matter levels, and activating air purifiers if necessary. It also monitors environmental factors such as temperature to adjust building systems to maintain comfortable indoor conditions.

What can it do?

  • Monitor CO2 levels to ensure air quality and adjust ventilation systems accordingly.
  • Adjust HVAC or dehumidifiers to maintain optimal indoor humidity levels.
  • Adjust HVAC systems based on indoor temperature readings to maintain optimal comfort levels.
  • Monitor volatile organic compounds and activate air purifiers to maintain air quality.

Wattics, an Energy Cap solution, allows you to combine data from electricity, water, and gas meters to holistically track utility consumption and costs, including active power, electrical energy, and gas consumption.

What can it do?

  • Combine data from electricity, water, and gas meters for a holistic view of utility consumption and costs.
  • Combine data from electricity, water, and gas meters for a holistic view of utility consumption and costs.
  • Track the total electrical energy consumption.
  • Measure and monitor total gas consumption.

Monitor controller and door status to ensure operational functionality, manage access control, detect tampering, and reduce downtime through prompt maintenance.

What can it do?

  • Monitor the online status of controllers to ensure they are operational and ensure timely detection of office controllers to minimize downtime.
  • Track the doors’ status (locked, unlocked, forced open) for operational insight.
  • Reduce downtime by enabling prompt maintenance actions when issues are detected.

The Digital Watchdog API allows you to display cameras on a dashboard with floor plans and device statuses, access live video feeds, monitor operational status, and enable notifications based on device data points.

What can it do?

  • Display cameras on a dashboard – floor plans, table with device statuses, live video feeds.
  • Access live video feeds from the cameras.
  • Notifications can be enabled based on the data points for device status.

With iMonnit perform environmental monitoring based on humidity levels and moisture levels  and control to protect assets and improve comfort.

What can it do?

  • Monitor temperature and send real time alerts allowing you to take immediate action if temperatures rise or fall outside of set ranges.
  • Monitor relative humidity, temperature, and dew point in the building. If the humidity exceeds your set ranges, you can get notifications alerting you for swift correction.
  • Visualize environmental quality in a dashboard so you can spot issues and take action.
