The Open FASAP API provides an interface for creating and managing tickets in Salesforce’s “Case” object, streamlining case and work order management.

What it can do:

  • Creates and reads work orders
  • FDD auto-generates work orders with asset info, location, symptom, and priority
  • Matches external building ID with KODE building ID for data consistency
  • Maps API-assigned priority levels to work orders

The Attune API gives you real-time access to air quality data in KODE, helping teams monitor environmental conditions and enhance building comfort. It  integrates with Attune sensors and devices to collect, analyze, and display air quality insights.

What it can do:

  • Collects and displays real-time data on temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide, VOC’s, and particulate matter.
  • Standardizes air quality data using ontology fields to ensure accurate and consistent monitoring across buildings.
  • Provides granular insights into air quality with mass concentration and number concentration of particulates

The Ecobee SmartBuildings API lets you connect and control ecobee thermostats across multiple locations. It provides real-time and historical data, supports remote adjustments, and helps optimize energy use for better efficiency and cost savings.

What it can do:

  • Retrieves real-time and historical temperature, humidity, and HVAC runtime data for smarter energy management.
  • Enables remote control and automation of ecobee smart thermostats across multiple locations.
  • Integrates with cloud-based platforms to support data-driven decisions on heating, cooling, and occupancy patterns.
  • Provides insights to optimize energy efficiency, reduce costs, and improve occupant comfort.

The JLL OneView API provides real-time access to structured lease, financial, and operational data, empowering teams to streamline portfolio management and drive data-driven decision-making.

What it can do:

  • Retrieves key lease details, including lease start and end dates, gross and net internal areas, tenure types, and financial data.
  • Provides granular insights into occupancy, asset performance, and financial benchmarks for portfolio optimization.

Updated APIs

This enhancement to the Integriti API enables the creation, modification, and automation of schedules — including special schedules for holidays. This makes access control even more efficient.
