This month, we added 1 new API—unlocking new integration between electric vehicles and energy management.

New API

EV Charging

The Blink Charging OCPI API is a standards-based interface designed to enable seamless integration between electric vehicle (EV) charging stations and back-end systems such as mobile apps, energy management platforms, or partner networks. With it, you can query real-time station status, retrieve charger locations, monitor sessions, access pricing details, and manage remote start/stop commands.

What it can do:

  • View location and charger data (Location API/Tariff API)
  • View session data such as start/end time/  of charge, current power output/usage, charging duration, and total energy consumed.
