February expands the KODE OS integration ecosystem with API upgrades and new secure ingestion capabilities, improving data fidelity, device connectivity, and portfolio-wide analytics reliability.

Here’s what’s new.

Updated APIs

Enhanced Tenant-Level Utility Data

We’ve expanded the Utilivisor integration to store additional tenant meter fields, including:

  • Tenant ID
  • Billing period
  • Demand values

What This Enables

More granular tenant-level utility analysis, improved cost allocation accuracy, and stronger downstream reporting for sustainability and financial workflows.

Now Supporting MQTT

The existing Connected Sensors integration now supports MQTT for real-time device connectivity.

What This Enables

Greater flexibility in IoT device ingestion, improved scalability, and stronger support for environments relying on lightweight messaging protocols.

API Version Update

We’ve upgraded the GP Kolo integration to the latest API version to ensure full compatibility within KODE OS.

What This Enables

Improved stability, better long-term support, and enhanced data consistency across connected systems.

Secure SFTP Integration

We’ve introduced a new automated and secure SFTP integration for Accu Energy data imports.

What This Enables

Reliable, hands-off meter data ingestion with reduced manual uploads and improved data accuracy across energy reporting workflows.

KODE OS continues to expand its integration library to reduce data fragmentation and ensure clean, normalized data flows across utility, operational, and sustainability systems.

More integrations coming soon.
