What’s New

Built with facility management teams in mind, we’re announcing the launch of AssetOps — a new product offering for maintenance task assignments, scheduling, and asset management to keep your buildings up-to-par before pricey equipment has to be replaced.

AssetOps offers total control over your assets. Current KODE OS users already have their building devices stored and synced across the platform, making AssetOps ready for use out of the gate — connected to all your devices.

Preventive Maintenance

Manually tracking maintenance tasks? Let’s put an end to that. Our Preventive Maintenance feature will allow you to create maintenance schedules and track task progress.

Create your schedule, choose specific assignments with our library of maintenance assignments by device type, and get a bird’s eye view of where all task progress stands.

Additionally, you can create work orders directly from the maintenance task, and push to your integrated third-party work order system.

Inspections

Inspections behave similarly to Preventive Maintenance, but serve a different purpose. With Inspections, you can create and schedule inspection tasks by assets, areas, or general inspections to fulfill various use cases, assign team members, and track progress.

Asset Management

By default, all your devices in KODE OS are automatically accessible in AssetOps, ready to be tracked and managed. If you have static assets that aren’t in KODE, you can easily import them using our Excel template.

From there, start adding details like warranty dates, manuals, asset costs, and more. Every maintenance and inspection task is tied directly to the asset, so you always know what was done, when, and why — making traceability clear and simple.

Why AssetOps Matters

AssetOps gives facility teams the tools they need to run smarter operations. By combining maintenance, inspections, and asset management into one connected system, AssetOps helps you:

  • Extend equipment life and reduce reactive repairs
  • Stay compliant with documented inspections
  • Save time with automated scheduling and task tracking
  • Centralize asset data and reduce information silos

Whether you’re managing a single building or an entire portfolio, AssetOps helps you shift from reactive to proactive maintenance — with all the information you need at your fingertips.
