June was about strengthening governance across the platform.

As KODE OS scales across larger portfolios and more enterprise deployments, governance becomes just as important as functionality. This month’s updates focused on giving teams greater control over external integrations, simplifying operational administration, improving platform performance, and continuing to expand the connected ecosystem.

Here’s what shipped, grouped by what it does for you.

Trust the Data

Trust isn’t just about the numbers on a dashboard, it starts with how data moves through the platform.

Building Data Hub Performance Improvements

As pipelines, schedules, and job histories continue to grow, we’ve introduced backend improvements that keep Data Hub responsive at scale.

What’s new

  • Job History now uses an optimized archival strategy, significantly improving load times while maintaining filtering, sorting, and search capabilities.
  • Schedule Groups now support bulk enable/disable actions, allowing administrators to activate or deactivate entire groups with a single action.

What changes for you

Large deployments remain fast and manageable as data volumes increase, while administrators spend less time managing schedules one by one.

Maintenance & Compliance That Scales

Enterprise maintenance doesn’t stop at work orders, it extends to every system that interacts with them.

AssetOps Public API

June introduces a completely new Public API architecture for AssetOps.

Rather than relying on broad API keys, external integrations can now be governed through action-based permissions and dedicated service accounts.

What this means

  • Integrations receive only the permissions they actually require.
  • Every API request is authorized before actions are performed.
  • External traffic flows through a single governed entry point.
  • Existing integrations continue working during migration with zero disruption.

What changes for you

External systems can integrate with AssetOps more securely while administrators maintain complete control over what every integration is allowed to do.

Connect to the Rest of the Stack

Every month, more building systems become part of the operational layer.

June expands the integration library with new physical security connectivity.

New Integration

Kantech: Access Control

KODE OS now integrates with Kantech EntraPass, bringing access control systems into the broader operational ecosystem.

What changes for you

Physical security events and access control data become another operational data source that can work alongside building systems, maintenance workflows, and analytics inside KODE OS.

Platform Foundations

Some of the most valuable improvements aren’t immediately visible, but they make every user experience better over time.

This month we continued investing in:

  • Platform scalability for growing data volumes
  • Simpler administration through grouped schedule management
  • Stronger API governance and enterprise security
  • Infrastructure improvements supporting larger deployments

These foundational improvements ensure KODE OS continues to scale alongside the portfolios it supports.

In Summary

June was less about adding new screens and more about strengthening the platform underneath them.

From governed API access and faster operational administration to improved platform scalability and expanded integrations, every release this month reinforces KODE OS as the trusted operating layer for enterprise portfolios.

Less manual administration. More governance. Greater confidence.
