More systems connected. Faster paths from data to action.

September expands the KODE OS integration ecosystem across building automation, access control and security, metering, and maintenance management.

From adding remote control to one of the industry’s most widely deployed building automation platforms to bringing access events, utility meter data, and maintenance activity into the same operational environment, this month’s integrations give teams more ways to see, and act on, what’s happening across their buildings.

Here’s what’s new.

Kastle

Access Control & Security

Kastle is now integrated with KODE OS through the Kastle Event Connect API.

What This Enables
Card access events and security alarms can now be centralized in KODE OS, including allowed and denied access, credential-holder and location details, and alarm status. Historical events can also be collected, giving security and operations teams the context they need for faster investigation, audit reporting, and security response, without manual exports.

Veolia EMSYS / HUBGRADE

Metering

Veolia EMSYS / HUBGRADE is now integrated with KODE OS.

What This Enables
Electric meter status, cumulative energy usage, and demand data can now be monitored in KODE OS. Historical meter reads support consumption and demand trend analysis across buildings and portfolios, while standardized meter data feeds Building BI dashboards, analytics, and energy performance reporting.

MaintainX

CMMS / EAM

MaintainX is now integrated with KODE OS.

What This Enables
Asset status, current meter readings, and work orders, including status, priority, asset, location, assignee, and key dates, can now be brought into KODE OS alongside other building data. Facilities teams gain centralized visibility into equipment health and maintenance activity across locations, supporting more efficient maintenance planning, reporting, and operational response, without manual data collection.

More Systems. More Context. More Control.

Every new integration expands the operational context available within KODE OS.

September connects more of the systems that control, secure, measure, and maintain buildings, reducing silos and making their data available for monitoring, analytics, reporting, and operational workflows.

More integrations coming soon.
