In June, we rolled out three new API integrations and delivered enhancements to three existing ones — unlocking deeper insights into parking, occupancy, energy performance, and more.

The Impark API provides real-time access to occupancy and people-count data across parking garages and surface lots. With minute-by-minute granularity and level-specific insights, it enables precise monitoring, reporting, and space utilization analysis.

What it can do:

  • Pull occupancy counts and percentages by lot and level.
  • Track people’s entries and exits with 1-minute resolution.
  • Monitor data health and flag inactive sensors.
  • Enable real-time reporting and space optimization strategies.

The Enersponse API enables businesses to manage and optimize their energy consumption. It allows users to access real-time energy data, receive notifications for demand response events, and track performance metrics to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

What it can do:

  • Pull forecasted, active, and historical demand response (DR) events.
  • Provide alerts for future DR events with start times, duration, and pre-event notifications.
  • Access detailed event metadata, including program type, cancellation status, and event category (e.g., test, voluntary).
  • Report on peak demand energy savings and CO2 emissions data for each event.
  • Generate reports on energy usage and cost savings.

The Hella Aglaia API provides reliable people counting and zone-based occupancy data from its sensors, increasing efficiency and profitability in your buildings.

What it can do:

  • Pull real-time zone occupancy and people presence data.
  • Track foot traffic using in/out counts for specific zones and counting lines.
  • Analyze space utilization with metrics like maximum and mean dwell times.
  • Report on the total count of people within a zone during a given interval.

Updated APIs

The Tork API has been upgraded with restructured devices and points and has removed event-based data to achieve a cleaner integration.

The Carma API upgrade introduces standardized device naming, virtual zone assignment for virtual meters, ontology-driven point classification, and new calculated measurement points.

The XY Sense API now includes sensor data, with added support for new Area Sensor, Space Sensor, and Entry Sensor device types.

The Aeroqual API has been upgraded to support a new local version, allowing for direct integration with on-site Specto Instrument Devices.
