March expands the KODE OS integration ecosystem with new systems and updates, increasing visibility across security, energy, maintenance, and workplace operations.

Here’s what’s new.

New APIs

Camera Visibility, Events & Live Streams

Camera devices are now visible in KODE OS with active/inactive status, event tracking, and live video stream access.

What This Enables

Centralized visibility into security systems, searchable camera events, and the ability to surface live video across KODE experiences.

Energy & Weather Data Integration

Structured energy and weather data is now available across buildings, panels, circuits, and breakers.

What This Enables

Deeper visibility into energy usage patterns, power quality, and the ability to correlate consumption with weather conditions.

Work Orders: Maintenance Data Integration

Fiix work order data is now integrated into KODE OS, including status, priority, assignment, and asset-level details.

What This Enables

Improved tracking of maintenance performance, backlog visibility, and the ability to use maintenance data across dashboards and workflows.

Workplace Booking Data Integration

Reservation data from Appspace is now available across buildings, rooms, and desks.

What This Enables

Better analysis of space utilization, comparison between bookings and actual usage, and support for future booking workflows within KODE OS.

Updated APIs

Workplace Booking Data Integration

Updated schedule views now group consecutive time blocks with the same values into a single range.

What This Enables

Cleaner schedule visualization and improved readability when reviewing thermostat behavior.

KODE OS continues to expand its integration ecosystem to reduce data fragmentation and bring greater visibility across systems, ensuring clean, normalized data flows across operations, energy, and workplace environments.

More integrations coming soon.
