More systems connected. Less data gathered manually.
October expands the KODE OS integration ecosystem across lighting and utility metering.
From streaming real-time lighting telemetry to automating the collection of Texas utility meter data, this month’s integrations replace manual exports and hand-offs with data that flows into KODE OS automatically.
Here’s what’s new.
Lighting
Zencontrol is now integrated with KODE OS through its cloud platform.
What This Enables
Real-time lighting telemetry, including dimming levels, scene changes, color temperature, override states, and connection status, can now stream directly into KODE OS.
Facilities teams gain live, centralized visibility into lighting systems alongside other building data, making it easier to confirm lighting is behaving as intended and to spot overrides or connectivity issues as they happen.
Utility Metering
Smart Meter Texas (SMT) is now integrated with KODE OS.
What This Enables
Texas electric meters can now be discovered automatically by ESIID, with 15-minute interval reads and daily and monthly billing reads, including consumption, generation, meter status, and disconnect status, collected directly into KODE OS. Energy and property teams no longer need to export data manually from the SMT portal, giving them continuous, centralized utility data for energy monitoring and utility bill verification.
More Systems. More Automation. Less Manual Work.
Every new integration expands the operational context available within KODE OS.
October connects more of the systems that light and meter, reducing manual data collection and making that data available for monitoring, analytics, reporting, and automated workflows.
More integrations coming soon.
