This month, we enhanced 7 existing APIs—unlocking smoother work order routing, sharper energy insights, and better IEQ data quality.

Updated APIs

Work Order Management

Create work orders per building by assigning the right Assignment Group ID in connector settings—so cases land with the correct team.

Metering

Moves from fixed to dynamic interval calculations for more precise consumption reporting; trims noise by creating only relevant data points for device types like Occupancy and Steam Trap.

BAS Controller

Upgraded to API v3 to maintain continuity and align with Willow’s latest standards. This proactive migration ensures service continuity and aligns our platform with Willow’s most current standards.

Metering

Shifts from REST pulls to webhook-based ingestion, enabling a more responsive, near-real-time data flow. This architectural change enables a more responsive, real-time flow of information.

Leak Detection

Broader device coverage, accurate point creation per device, and auto-mapping of metadata (enums, data types) to improve integrity and usability.

Metering

Adds labels like site utility, MLP market, and site load zone for richer demand response analysis.

Indoor Environmental Quality (EQ)

Uses device timestamps as collectedAt and processes only new data since last pull—reducing duplicates and improving performance.
