A pair of integrations joined our API library! This month, we’re highlighting tools for Lighting controls and parking management.

Precise Park is Canada’s leading parking solutions provider, standing out for offerings such as Automated Parking Revenue Control Systems and Pay and Display machines. This new version of the integration provides additional information to support business planning for your parking program such as occupancy and parking availability and space usage.

What can it do? 

  • Unlock real-time parking insights: Gain instant visibility into parking availability, including bay type and zone occupancy in real time. This empowers you to make data-driven decisions for optimizing parking operations and improving user experience.
  • Provide actionable analytics: Dwell time visualizations by zone and bay type help users identify parking flow patterns and optimize pricing strategies. Heatmaps reveal the most popular bay types throughout the week, allowing you to strategically allocate resour

  • Control light fixtures and/ and zones: Ensure proper command of all lighting units of the building part of LCL. Can control the intensity of lighting, as well as control it based on occupancy status
  • Schedules adjustment through IBMP: Users will be able to modify and adjust schedules through the intelligent building management platform (IBMP) on a daily basis.
