In January, we introduced three exciting new integrations to our API library, designed to make your buildings smarter and more efficient. Explore new capabilities in air quality, occupancy management, and cleaning.

The Aeroqual API provides seamless integration with Aeroqual’s air quality monitoring solutions, offering access to real-time and historical data, device management, and configuration tools for environmental monitoring and IoT applications.

What it can do:

  • Detects CO2 concentration for outdoor spaces
  • Measures particulate matter (PM2.5) concentration
  • Monitors rainfall rate for environmental data
  • Tracks external air temperature

The Freespace Utilization API provides valuable insights into office usage and occupancy patterns, enabling users to make informed decisions about their spaces using data from Freespace sensors.

What it can do:

  • Calculates average space usage throughout the day
  • Counts total spaces available on each floor
  • Records peak occupancy for rooms or spaces within a defined period
  • Detects spaces with no activity for an entire day

The Tork API enables seamless integration to optimize hygiene and cleaning processes, leveraging Tork’s premium range of professional products for smarter facility management.

What it can do:

  • Notify staff when dispensers are low
  • Forecast refill needs and schedule cleaning proactively
  • Track washroom traffic to optimize cleaning schedules
