In January, we added 3 new APIs to our integrations library.

With new integrations spanning occupancy, indoor environmental quality, elevators, and reservations, teams unlock better visibility, analysis, and decision-making across portfolios.

New APIs

Occupancy & Indoor Environmental Quality

Nimway brings real-time space utilization and comfort data into KODE OS, enabling teams to better understand how spaces are used, optimize workplace experience, and enrich portfolio-level analytics.

What it can do:

  • Monitor room and desk occupancy in real time, including availability and approximate people count.
  • Track comfort and indoor air quality metrics such as temperature, CO₂, humidity, noise, and light.
  • Associate occupancy and IEQ data with specific floors or levels for reporting and analytics.

Elevators

Safeline adds operational visibility into vertical transportation, helping teams proactively manage elevator performance, reduce downtime, and improve safety and reliability across buildings.

What it can do:

  • Track live lift movement and current floor position.
  • Monitor alarms and faults across lifts and devices, with visibility into severity.
  • Analyze alarm history to identify patterns and predict potential service interruptions.

Reservations

Momentus enables reservation data to flow into KODE OS, supporting better visibility into space usage, scheduling patterns, and operational demand across portfolios.

What it can do:

  • Ingest operational booking and reservation data for spaces and resources.
