In July, we rolled out two new API integrations and delivered enhancements to three existing ones — unlocking deeper insights into parking, occupancy, energy performance, and more.

Elevator

TK Elevator API provides seamless access to elevator equipment data for real-time monitoring, integration with building management systems, and enhanced operational control. It supports efficient maintenance, performance tracking, and improved management.

What it can do:

  • See real-time operational status for each elevator
  • Stay proactive with elevator utilization based maintenance
  • Get notifications instantly for elevators out of service

Waste management

The Carrot API is integrated to pull data from Waste Container devices, enabling building-wide waste monitoring and reporting. It supports use cases such as tracking total waste by stream and volume (e.g., recycling, general waste) and providing individual occupiers with access to their floor-specific waste data alongside other insights from KODE. This integration enhances transparency, sustainability efforts, and operational efficiency.

What it can do:

  • See the total waste for the building broken down into waste streams/volume (recycling etc.).
  • Clients can provide access to each occupier so that they can see their respective floor waste streams alongside the other data captured by KODE.

Updated APIs

The integration now treats both the System and its Assets as devices, each with status and IsOnline points. Site filtering has been implemented by adding siteId to connector fields, ensuring all discovered devices are correctly associated with their respective sites.

The integration now collects historical data for 1 year.
